I help to create clarity, remove roadblocks and overcome the challenges faced by business owners, no matter what industry you’re in, the day-to-day stresses of running a business are difficult to overcome on your own.
Having faced these challenges with multiple business owners in businesses of many sizes and varying industries, including my own business, I have experienced the uniqueness of each Entrepreneur and their business as well as the similarities of the problems we must overcome to succeed.
I fight the challenges alongside business owners using my 29 years of experience to bring their visions to reality and save them some pain along the way. I learned the magic of aligning vision and strategy with execution to grow a business from start-up to multiple locations in my own business so I am more than a consultant I am a fellow business owner and I truly know what you’re going through.
I founded Kids’ Hair Inc. with my visionary partner and husband in 1992. Over a period of 18 years, we experienced hands-on (Well more like up to our eyeballs)
what it means to start, run, and survive a growing business. A challenging endeavor that took us from 1 employee to 150 with 14 locations, 3 layers of management, multiple training programs, quality control systems, investors, and a board of directors (whew!).
In 2010, after an amazing journey, we moved on to pursue other adventures. Having faced the ups, downs, and daily challenges of a growing business together, we are still married, still like each other, and still enjoying entrepreneurial adventures. Now that’s success!
Today I utilize my very real experiences and expertise to help other entrepreneurs, who are up to their eyeballs on a journey of their own, develop the core foundation necessary to turn their vision into reality.
